2023: I Am Better Placed To Reposition Abia, Succeed Ikpeazu— Amb. Emeka Nwankpa Declares

A philanthropist and the founder of Emeka Nwankpa foundation. Amb Bishop Dr. Emeka Nwankpa, has declared that this is the time experience Abians show interest in repositioning of the state which has been unlucky since the advent of 4th republic in 1999.

In his address during the 16th edition of “Widows Must Smile” held on 28th December 2021, the cleric declared that he is better placed and has the experience at this point to lay a foundation for the Abia of our dreams.

“I am contesting for the post of governor come 2023. Experienced Abians like us cannot continue to allow neophytes to make mockery of our state.”

“This is the time to lay a solid foundation and I am presenting myself for the Abia top job.”

The philanthropist declared that with him as the governor, Abia Internally generated revenue will increase drastically as he will approach governance with experts.

He informed his supporters and party members that he has what it takes to improve the human capital Development of the state if given the chance.

He further said that he is working very hard with the party both at state and National as he will in weeks ahead officially notify the party his intention immediately INEC flags off campaigns.

Highlights of the event is the empowerment of widows, artisans, youths across Abia.
