2023: I’m The Only Foremost Governorship Aspirant In Delta, Says Akpo Ofomana
By Daniel Dafe
An aspirant for the governorship seat in Delta State, come 2023,
Evang (Dr) Austin Akpo Ofomana (aka Urhobo Agenda), has called on other gubernatorial aspirants in the state to note that he is the only foremost governorship hopeful amongst all, adding that he started his journey to Osadebe House, Asaba, early back in 2019 after Senator (Dr.) Ifeanyi Okowa’s victory and certificate issued to him.
Ofomana who said this in a statement made available to media houses, added: “Let it be on record that Evang Dr Austin Akpo Ofomana started his governorship agenda after Okowa’s legal confirmation and awaiting swearing-in as executive governor for his second tenure. My point is clear- when I started my governorship consultation visit, others, now contestants, where lobbying Okowa for appointments and all serving the government and collecting salaries.”
According to him, every other person jostling to be governor in the state should be addressed as governorship aspirants and not foremost aspirants.
