Transparency, Accountability Will Be My Watchword – New Otone Ogodo Layout Landlords’ Chairman, Oluoboh Assures
The newly elected Chairman of Otone Ogodo Layout Landlords’ Association in Jeddo, Okpe Local Government Area in Delta State, Evang. Nurudeen Iboi Oluoboh, says he will make transparency and accountability his watchword.
Our correspondent reports that Evang.. Oluoboh, made the promise Sunday, February 20, during his acceptance speech, after he and eight other landlords were elected to pilot the affairs of the layout for the next two years.
Evang. Oluoboh, assured that he will unite members of the association and make sure they are part of the progress of the layout.

Evang. Oluoboh, who spoke to newsmen, noted: “I will make sure peace and security are prioritized and ensure that the plan by the immediate past executive to install solar powered lighting in the layout, is actualized.
“I am using this opportunity to call on all Landlords and Landladies, who are resident and non-resident in the layout, to come together, in order for us to move the layout forward”.
The immediate past Chairman of Otone Ogodo Layout Landlords’ Association, Mr. Asare Michael Segun, promised to work with the new executive, to make their stay in office a success.
Other members of the new executive of Otone Ogodo Layout Landlords’ Association, are: Sunny Lucky; Vice Chairman, Eva Tamarapreye; Secretary, Taiwo Edema; Asst. Secretary, Uche Nwachukwu; Treasurer, Emmanuel Udeh; Fin. Secretary, Ifeanyi Ogugua; PRO, Mrs. Ebitah; Welfare and Ifeanyi Unegbu , Provost.
