Delta 2023: Ogboru Congratulates Oborevwori

The governorship candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, in Delta State, Chief Great Ovedje Ogboru, has congratulated the governor-elect, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, on his victory at the Saturday polls.
In a statement he personally designed, Ogboru, said “the 2023 governorship election has come and gone,” saying that “a very high degree of voters apathy, intimidation, violence, coercion and unprecedented level of vote buying never seen before” was witnessed.

Adding: “It’s a major set back in the evolution of democratic tenets and a treat to future elections.”
“But there is a declared winner and we must accept it so,” he opined.
“May I therefore use this opportunity to congratulate RT Hon Sheriff Oborevwori for his victory over several obstacles and in this election.
“Congratulations. We wish you all the best as Governor of Delta State. Congrats,” his statememt also read.
