Okowa To Replace Askia As DESOPADEC MD Monday

Publisher, Secret Reporters, Fejiro Oliver has said that the Governor of Delta State, Senator (Dr.) Ifeanyi Okowa, has asked the Managing Director, DESOPADEC MD, Askia Ogieh and board members to handover today as their tenure ends.
Oliver, revealed this in a Facebook post on Friday evening.
According to the post, “all efforts by Askia to make Okowa extend the tenure to May 29 was refused by Okowa,” adding that Okowa is angry that Askia and his boys worked against some PDP candidates during.the just concluded guber and Delta State House of Assembly polls.

“Okowa will send a letter on Monday to the most senior staff to take over the board.
“To bid goodbye, Askia today hurriedly commissioned the new DESOPADEC Headquarters built by a proxy at inflated cost.
“Goodbye to a useless and most wicked DESOPADEC management since inception,” he added in the said post.
