SWAN Delta Inaugurates New Exco

Christian Eze and Ogo Clarkson have emerged as Chairman and secretary respectively of the sports writers association of Nigeria, Delta state chapter.

Christian Eze, the sports editor of the pointers Newspaper, Asaba defeated Peterson itowe of Delta Broadcasting service, Warri by 10 votes to 6.

While for the position of Secretary, Dailywatchng.com Sports Editor Ogo Clarkson came unopposed.

Former Delta state SWAN Chairman, Harrison Ocholor addressing members of the association immediately after the elections , thanked and congratulated both winners and others contestants for their effort stating that everybody was a winner.

Ocholor also commended the National body represented by the Bayelsa state SWAN chairman, Mr. Alambo Datonye who conducted the peaceful election with the interim electoral committee members made up of Anastacia Eluwa, Henry Unini and Harry Awoso.

In the spirit of love Harrison Ocholor donated to the new leadership of the association the sum of fifty thousand naira .
