DESOPADEC Sends Diamond Wishes To Oborevwori As He Clocks 60
The Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, DESOPADEC, has felicitated withvthe State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, on his 60th birthday.
The Board, in a statement signed by the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Chief Festus Ochonogor, described the Delta State Governor as a man of destiny, who had seen favour thrust on him in his journey of life.

The interventionist agency noted that Oborevwori had enjoyed enough divine help on all fronts, and had been in the political trenches of the struggle for a better life for the majority of Deltans, with the demonstration of exemplary leadership qualities.
The Board stated that it had resolved to queue behind the Governor in his utmost quest to increase the tempo of transformational leadership with his well articulated M.O.R.E agenda, through the Agency’s sundry people-oriented initiatives in the mandate areas.
It prayed God to keep, sustain, protect, guide, guard, and equip the Governor with the creative and pragmatic ideas needed to raise the bar of impactful leadership in the state.
The Board members include Olorogun John Nani, Chairman; Mr. Efele Eyewu Nicolas, Executive Director Planning, Research & Statistics; Chief Favour Izoukumor, Executive Director Social Services; Chief Talib Tebite, Executive Director Projects and Chief Oghenekome Okpobor, Executive Director Finance, and Administration.
Also on the Board are Chief Julius Egbedi, member; Mr. Sylvester Ovbije, member; Mr. Goru Jonathan Oghenekaro, member; Mr. Azuka Enebeli, member; Dr. Charles Olisa, member; Mrs. Cordelia N. Anyangwu, member; Mr. Sonny Ofe, member; Chief Victor Okemena Egbo, member and Mr. Spencer Okpoye, member.
