According to reports, Naomi was a 200-level student of Delta State University before the unfortunate incident.
She was laid to rest yesterday, Tuesday, 6th June, 2023.
Facebook user, Sunset Awins, on Tuesday, June 6, shared three videos, including one showing Peter’s body floating on the river and Naomi’s recovered corpse on the ground. They had been macheted and shot.
“See how these wicked people killed my little Princess, cut her at her forehead and still shot her and threw her into a pond.. Naomi your killers would know no peace, Rip my dear,” she wrote.
It was also alleged that their relationship was just two months old before the tragic occurrence.
Meanwhile, contrary to reports, they were not beheaded.
A security source under conditions of anonymity, said: “They were not beheaded. Their heads fell off from their decomposing bodies while the dead bodies were carried away. We are also yet to ascertain if they are truly DELSU students. But, the DPOs in Agbarho and Okpe have confirmed the incidence.”
