Suspected Kidnappers Kill 60-Year-Old Woman In Delta’s Tamigbe Town After Collecting Ransom
Tension of the unknown on Monday gripped Tamigbe town in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta following the bizarre activities of unknown gunmen kidnapping as well as allegedly killing a 60- year old woman identified as Ebikabo- ere Oyas Officer, after Collecting N1million ransom.
The Kidnappers, reports said, shot her skull to pieces thereby throwing residents including family members into mourning situation unexpected considering the healthy lifestyle of the woman before she was allegedly killed in cold blood.
It was gathered that the remains of Ebikabo-ere was found by family members who got wind of the horrendous killing of her by suspected kidnappers who once established a ransom contact with them.
But the Police Public Relations Officer in Delta State, DSP Bright Edafe confirmed that the suspected kidnappers had also collected ransom money before they allegedly killed her, adding that the sum of N1million was collected, disclosing that the police have launched serious manhunt for the suspected kidnappers at all costs.

DSP Bright Edafe however assured that the police will continue to search for the killers of the woman until they are brought to book, disclosing that over thirteen suspected kidnappers have been arrested and arraigned in court in the last few weeks in the state.
