Ejobee Presented To Ethiope Delta Baptist Conference As President-Elect

The Chairman of the Management Board of the Delta State Christian Centre (Ecumenical Building), Asaba and Chaplain of Our Saviour Chapel, Delta State University, Abraka, Rev (Dr) Friday Aghogho Robinson Ejobee has been presented officially as President-Elect of the Ethiope Delta Baptist Conference of the Nigerian Baptist Convention.
The outgoing President, Rev (Dr) Jonathan Ovie Ihwighwu reported to the 10th Annual Conference in session at Calvary Baptist Church, Abraka on Friday, February 16, 2024 that the Search Committee recommended Ejobee with 90% score as first choice and Rev Dr Ufuoma Onoyenure with 70% score as second choice.

Ejobee who is also the Deputy Secretary of the Christian Association of Nigeria, Delta State Chapter was thereafter subjected to another round of election by registered delegates of the Conference and he got 264 ‘yes’ votes to 2 ‘no’ votes.
Ejobee, a native of Kokori-Inland, Agbon Kingdom of Urhobo in Delta State would be presented to the Nigerian Baptist Convention for ratification. Thereafter, the inauguration will take place in June, 2024.
