Colleges Of Nursing Sciences: Delta Shifts Entrance Exams

The Delta State Ministry of Health has moved all the earlier scheduled Common Entrance Examinations for students preparing for their Preliminary Training Studies in the five Colleges of Nursing Sciences located in Agbor, Asaba, Eku, Sapele and Warri by one week.
According to the statement signed by Theresa Adiabua Oliko, Director, Public Communication, the Basic Midwifery entrance examination earlier slated for Monday, March 11, 2024 at Dennis
Osadebay University, Anwai at 8am will now hold on Monday, March 18, 2024.
As for the Common Entrance Examination for the Basic Nursing Programme earlier scheduled for Saturday, March 16, 2024 at the University of Delta, Agbor at 8am, it will now hold on Saturday, March 23, 2024 at same time and venue.
Also, the Preliminary Training Studies (PTS) examination for students running the Community Nursing and
Midwifery Programmes earlier slated for 18th to 22nd of March will now hold from 25th to 29th of March, 2024.

According to the statement, “the ministry regrets any inconvenience the change of date might cause.”
The ministry however, advised the candidates to comport themselves properly during the examinations and shun all forms of examination malpractices.
