Environmental Sanitation: Agbateyiniro Vows To Implement Oborevwori’s Directive

The Executive Chairman of Warri South Local Government Council, Hon Isaac Weyinmi Agbateyiniro has vowed to implement Governor Sheriff Francis Oborevwori’s directive on environmental sanitation in the local government area.
He made the vow in a media chat with newsmen shortly after the last Delta State Government environmental sanitation exercise as he disclosed that the governor has given a directive that the state must be kept clean and that the cleaningness must be sustained.
“We will spare no stone unturned in complying with Governor Oborevwori’s directives on environmental sanitation on a cleaner Delta State,” he stated.
The Warri South Local Government Council boss scored the exercise low in the local government council area due to the absence of an executive chairman of the council for three months.
“We have gone round and saw things for ourselves and we promise to address the issues,” he added.

Agbateyiniro accompanied by his able vice chairman, Rt Hon Kingsley Edafiadjebre visited all the markets and canals in the local government area as he ordered for the clearance of some canals in the local government area.
He assured that a cleaner environment has its attended advantages.
It was observed that local vigilantees were actively involved in compliance of the exercise in local government area.
Some offenders were apprehended and taken to a mobile court for prosecution at the local government council secretariat.
The Chairman of vigilantes, Warri South Local Government Area, Comrade Eddy Oniovosa applauded Hon Isaac Weyinmi Agbateyiniro for involving vigilante men as he promised that they will put in their best in compliance of Governor Oborevwori’s directive on environmental sanitation in the local government area.
