Ughelli North Council Boss Dissolves 2024 Revenue Committees

The Executive Chairman of Ughelli North Local Government Council, Olorogun Jaro Movudu Egbo, Ksc, has announced the dissolution of Revenue Committees.

Mrs. Inana O. Anna, Assistant Director, Information, disclosed this in a statement on Tuesday.

The statement added: “Egbo, who made the announcement during a meeting with the various executive members in charge of the Committees, stressed that the dissolution takes immediate effect.”

According to the statement, “Hon. Jaro, directed members of the dissolved revenue committees to handover the council property in their possession to the council’s treasury office.”

The statement continued: “The Ughelli North Local Government council boss, urged business owners and other residents who are yet to meet their revenue obligation for 2024 to come directly to the council’s treasury to make payment.”

He noted that the council will adequately inform people of Ughelli North Local Government Area, as soon as new revenue committees are constituted.

Hon. Egbo sincerely appreciated all members of the various committees for their individual and collective contributions towards the development of the Local Government and wished them well in their future endeavour.
