14-Year-Old Declared Missing In Delta

14-year-old Divine Philip Ogbotu, has been declared missing in Effurun, Delta State.

The teenager who attends Urhobo College, Effurun, was last seen Tuesday, 3rd September at 8am.

He resides at Ugbolokposo and is said to speak English and Isoko fluently.

Divine is dark skinned and 4ft tall.
