Asagba, Ideal Choice To Lead DELSU To Its Next Phase Of Growth, Development –Postgraduate Students

Postgraduate Students’ Association of Nigeria (PSGAN), Delta State University Chapter, has congratulated Prof. S. O. Asagba, on his “well-deserved appointment” as the Vice Chancellor of the University.
In a statement dated 22nd October, 2024, signed by Ohwovoriole Oviebemre, President and Bigila Abednego, Secretary, the association added that the appointment is a testament to his “distinguished academic career, exemplary leadership qualities, and unwavering commitment to academic excellence.”
Continuing, PGSAN, said: “Your track record of achievements and dedication to advancing higher education makes you the ideal choice to lead our prestigious institution into its next phase of growth and development.
“As postgraduate students, we are particularly excited about your vision for research, innovation, and academic advancement. We are confident that under your capable leadership, Delta State University will reach new heights in academic excellence and postgraduate studies.”
“We pledge our support and cooperation as you take on this vital role in shaping the future of our beloved institution.”
The body prayed that his tenure is marked with “groundbreaking achievements, sustainable development, and the continued elevation of Delta State University’s status in the global academic community.”
