10th Awards: Authentic News Daily Inaugurates Planning Committee

A committee saddled with the responsibility of ensuring the 10th Edition of the annual Authentic News Daily Awards is held successfully has been constituted.

This was contained in a statement signed by the Chairman and Secretary of the planning committee, Amos Ebute Mathew and Lola Seriki-Idahosa respectively, made available to newsmen in Kaduna on Monday January 27, 2025.

It explained that while inaugurating the committee at the weekend at its corporate head office in Kaduna, Consulting Editor of Authentic News Daily, Okpani Jacob Onjewu Dickson tasked them to ensure the event billed for Kaduna in March this year, is a resounding success.

“We were mandated to ensure we get a befitting venue for the event, screen nominees and come up with a final list, as well as communicate those who make the list,” the statement said.

According to the statement, those in the committee are, Amos Ebute Mathew (chairman), Isaiah Kemje Benjamin, Grace John, Tom Garba, Mike Odeh James, Ibrahim DAHIRU Danfulani, Prince G Money Owojaiye and Kato P. LADAN (members), while Lola Seriki-Idahosa is the Secretary.

The Authentic News Daily, a multiple award winning media outfit which is a publication of Jatuski Communications, has been holding its annual awards consistently since 2015.

The 10th Edition will feature lectures with a theme that will be made public by the planning committee.
