PDP Strong Men, Awanna, Osusu, Iyoha Defect To APC

In a dramatic turn of event, three Peoples Democratic Party strong men, Hon. Abraham Awanna, Councilor ( Ekpan Ward 9), Uvwie Local Government Council Delta State, Hon. Increase Osusu (PDP Leader Ekpan Ward 9) and Hon Kingsley Iyoha (PDP Leader, Ubeji Ward Warri South) today in Ekpan defected to the All Progressives Congress, APC with numerous followers.

They said the defection of His Excellency, RT. HON Elder Sheriff Oborevwori to APC on Wednesday gave them reasons to do same because the Governor, being the leader of the PDP is a gifted man of wisdom who is piloting the affairs of the state in human capital development, infrastructure growth, unprecedented educational provision, unequal security balance and health care.

They said over time they noticed Gov. Oborevwori’s replication of President Bola Tinubu good governance of the country and that got them elated.

“So since the Governor led the way to take them to APC were the tide of good governance of salvaging our great country by President Tinubu was ongoing, they have no choice than to follow.

They said with this new development Delta State will enjoy more of the Governor’s MORE Agenda.

Present at the occasion was Chief Eugene Sam Sedi a strong supporter of President Bola Tinubu.
