Covenant University Set To Begin Construction Of Law And Medical College Facilities
…As CU prepares To commence Medical, Law Courses
The Chancellor of Covenant University, Dr David Oyedepo has hinted that the institution is set to commence the construction of the facilities for Law and Medicine programmes.
The Chancellor made this known while preaching last Sunday at the Faith Tabernacle, the international headquarters of the ministry.
He said: “The economic climate cannot block the way of the covenant. The covenant of abundance is stronger than any economic circumstances. There was famine in the days of Isaac, he prevailed. Famine in the days of Jacob and Joseph, they prevailed. It’s not news. There is economic drought on the earth today but the Ark is going up. Two major new projects are taking off at Covenant University at the same time. The environment cannot make God’s Word of no effect.”
Covenant University which is run by the World Mission Agency of Living Faith Church Worldwide has since its inception in 2002 established itself as the best university in Nigeria and is currently ranked 1st in West Africa and 7th in Africa by Times Higher Education.
CU currently offers numerous courses of study cut across Engineering, Science and Technology, Management and Social Sciences, Leadership and Development Studies at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
