IGP Decorates Delta CP As AIG

The 22nd Commissioner of Police in Delta State, CP Olufemi Abaniwonda, has been promoted to the enviable rank of Assistant Inspector General of Police.

The police spokesman in the state,. SP Bright Edafe, disclosed this in a terse statement on Tuesday.

Abaniwonda, he said is “now to be addressed as AIG Olufemi Abaniwonda.”

The decoration was done on Tuesday by the inspector General Of Police IGP Kayode Egbetokun PhD NPM and assisted by the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori.

The ceremony took place at the Peace Keping Hall, Force Headquarters Abuja.
