DELSU Introduces Unified Project Binding Format, Moves Staff School Payments Online

The management of Delta State University has approved a unified format for the binding of undergraduate projects, Master’s dissertations, and Ph.D. theses for all final-year students of the institution.

According to an official bulletin issued by the university, the approved format has been domiciled at the University Library and will serve as the official guideline for all undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Management directed that all final-year projects, dissertations, and theses must be processed and bound exclusively at the University Library Annex, Site II, warning that any academic work not prepared in line with the directive would be rejected and not considered for graduation purposes.

Students were therefore urged to comply strictly with the new directive to avoid complications in their graduation process.

In a related development, the university also announced that payment of school fees and application fees for the University Nursery/Primary School and DELSU Secondary School has now been fully digitalised.

The institution stated that all payments are to be made through the official school portal.

Management said the initiative was introduced to improve efficiency, transparency, and convenience in the payment process, urging staff, students, parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to comply with the new payment system.

Meanwhile, the university also announced the appointment of Vincent Efebe as Acting Dean of Students’ Affairs with effect from June 16, 2026.

The bulletin was issued by the Public Relations Unit of the Directorate of Ceremonials, Information and Public Relations in the Vice Chancellor’s Office.
