Isoko Mirror Publisher, Essi Set To Bury Father May 10

The burial ceremony of late (Hon.) Raphael Avuakeoghene Essi, who slept in the Lord December 18, 2018, at the age of 80, will hold from on the 9th to the 12th of May, 2019.
Late Essi is the father of Comrade (Dr.) Felida Osede Essi, Publisher of one of Delta State’s foremost community newspapers, Isoko Mirror.
According to a statement signed by Rtn. Brooklyn .O. Essi, Mr. Lucky Solomon Okpekpe and Bashorun Askia Ogieh for the families of Essi and Ogieh of Uzere kingdom in Isoko South Local Government Area, the service of songs will hold Thursday, May 9 at late Raphael Essi’s Compound, Otor-Oza, Uruehe Street, Ezede Sub Community, Uzere Kingdom by 4.30p.m.
The statement added that on Friday, May 10 by 8:00a.m., the remains of late Raphael Essi will leave Cottage Hospital for his compound, Otor-Oza and will be followed with a funeral mass/internet at his compound by 10:00am.
Entertainment of guests will commence by 1:00pm at Uzere Grammar School, Uzere, before the outing/thanksgiving mass slated for 8:30a.m., Sunday, May 12 at St. Mathias Catholic Church, Uzere.
Late Raphael Essi is survived by a wife, eight children, grandchildren, brother and numerous relations.
