CoS To Okowa Hails Governor @ 61

The Chief of Staff to the Governor of Delta State, Olorogun David Edevbie, has congratulated his principal, Sen. (Dr.) Ifeanyi Okowa, as he clocked 61 today.
In a congratulatory message, Edevbie descibed the Governor as an uncommon listener who is committed to the well-being of others.
He said: “At different occasions, you have proven to be an astute leader who calmly responds to issues and always unruffled at all times no matter the circumstances around.”

He said further: “On this very special occasion of your birth anniversary, I wish to join millions of your friends, followers and Deltans in felicitating with you, as I pray for more of God’s guidance and wisdom to enable you do more for humanity.
“Congratulations Sir and I wish you many more fruitful years.”
