Igbuzor To UPU Youthwing: Be A Source Of Unity, Inspiration To Urhobo Youths

Dr Otive Igbuzor, Chief of Staff to the Deputy President of the 9th Nigerian Senate, Sen. Bar Ovie Omo-Agege, has charged the executive of Urhobo Progress Union (UPU),Youthwing, Worldwide to promote peace in Urhobo nation, adding that they must be a source of unity and inspiration to Urhobo youths.
Dr. Igbuzor said this when the leadership of the youth body led by Comr Efemena Umukoro paid him a courtesy call at the weekend.
Igbuzor who assured the leadership of the youth body of his personal support and that of the office of the DSP, expressed joy at the energy the leadership of UPU youthwing are pulling through despite the many hurdles and challenges facing them.
He prayed that as they serve Urhobo nation with much diligence and sincerity, that they achieve more success in their private lives.
Furthermore, he tasked the group’s leaders to look into the areas of pursuing unity among Urhobo youths, leadership capacity training and reorientation, farming in various areas, projectizing and budgeting of all UPU youthwing programmes among other issues.
He prayed that the UPU youthwing succeed as a team and excel even in their private lives.
Earlier, while reeling out his achievements and success stories thus far, the UPU Youthwing President, Comr Umukoro thanked God for His goodness and mercies that have seen the executive through so far, as he dedicated his numerous achievements and awards within the short space of time to Urhobo youths who he said have continually stood by him gallantly since on the 2nd of February, 2020 when his adminstration was inaugarated.
