BREAKING: Warri’s Igbudu Market On Fire
Fire outbreak has occurred at the popular Igbudu market in Warri South Local Government Area of Delta State.
It is not clear the extent of the inferno which started on Sunday afternoon.
Our correspondent learnt that the fire broke out at about 3pm at a section of the market near the Hausa section of the market.
Speaking with the Chairman of Warri South Local Government, Dr Michael Tidi, he said he is on top of the matter and has contacted fire services in the area who are presently battling to put the fire.
“I have just contacted Shell fire service that are on their way already,” said Tidi.
