BREAKING: Renowned Economist, Delta Guber Aspirant, Albert Okumagba Dies At 56
Albert Egbaroghene Okumagba, a popular economist and leading stockbroker in Nigeria, is dead, Niger Delta Today reports.
He was said to have passed on early Thursday in Abuja.
Although details surrounding his death are still sketchy at the time of filing this report, it was gathered that he died of an heart attack related ailment.
He was aged 56.
He was born into the popular Okumagba family of Warri in Delta State.
Family sources in Warri confirmed the sad development to our correspondent.
He was a member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and graduate of Lagos Business School (LBS).

Until his death, he was the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of BGL PLC.
A former governor of Delta State, Chief James Ibori, also confirmed the passage of late Okumagba on his Facebook page.
Ibori wrote, “Egba Why? Rest In Peace my dear brother.”
However, his family is yet to officially confirm the report at the time of filing this report.
Okumagba contested the PDP governorship primaries with Governor Emmanuel Ewetan Uduaghan.
He is a former National President of Federal Government College Warri, Old Students’ Association (FEGOCOWOSA) and first President General of Unity Schools’ Old Students( USOSA).
