Richard’s Continental Hotel Celebrates Ten Years In The Hospitality Industry

It was an atmosphere of joy and excitement as Richard’s Continental Hotel marked its tenth anniversary in the hotelling business on Sunday 6th, December 2020.

The CEO of Richard’s Continental Hotel, Mr Richard Randy Okotie, who spoke to Sapele Mirror Newspaper, enumerated its challenges and success while giving glory to God Almighty for bringing him this far.

His words: “I went into hotel business ten years ago and today it is a huge success. Although there have been some challenges as we all know that challenges in life are inevitable, how best we can continue to render good quality service to our numerous customers has been a major challenge, but we will continue to do our best.”

Speaking accordingly, the MD/CEO said that his joy knows no bound as he celebrates ten years of success.

Speaking further; he said that those who knew the hotel years ago before it became Richard’s Continental Hotel will agree with him that there have been tremendous change positively, there have been added value for not just services rendered, but to the entire structure of the hotel as well.

“We currently have block A and B, a one hundred car parking space that was not there hitherto, a good restaurant were you can get assorted foods and a lot of other value added services,” he added.

Continuing, Mr Richard Randy Okotie said that Richard’s Continental Hotel is currently a reference point to would-be investors in the hospitality industry, as others do well to check them out before going into the business of hospitality.

He further appreciated all its numerous customers from far and near especially Sapele people as there cannot be Richard’s Continental Hotel without their continuous patronage.

“The general acceptability of the name Richard’s Continental Hotel by Sapele people became a turning point for our life ten years ago and that is why we are a success today.

“God has been so faithful, my staff are all wonderful and from the bottom of my heart I want to appreciate them all for their devotion, dedication, diligence in ensuring that we are a success today,” he said.

One of the customers who gave his name as Mr Godwin Okoro said that he has been a regular customer of Richard’s Continental Hotel because of the quality service they render in terms of hospitality, adding, “I congratulate the management and staff for their ten years of success and wish them greater heights.”
