Ukwuani Council Boss Presents 2021 Budget Estimate
The Chairman, Ukwuani Local Government, Hon (Barr) C.S.P Ajede Esq has presented the 2021 Budget Draft Estimate to the Ukwuani Local Government Legislative Arm midweek.
While presenting the budget christened the “Budget of Faith” strategically drafted towards achieving the STEP-UP UKWUANI AGENDA, the Chairman noted that hope is what gives birth to faith and when faith is at work, anything is possible.
The council boss also stressed the need for the house to review the revenue documents to help the council boost the Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) which will help in actualizing the goals and aspirations of his government.
According to him, every item on the budget document will be accomplished by faith, hard work and unity.
He stated that the budget was deliberately drafted for a better Ukwuani which is possible by faith.
Barr Ajede therefore solicited for the continued support, cooperation and commitment of the legislators toward achieving the collective goals of the administration while stressing that there’s need for synergy between the Executive and Legislature in the LGA.

Meanwhile, the 2021 Budget Estimate received a speedy passage by the Ukwuani Local Government 7th Assembly.
While moving the motion for the passage of the 2021 Budget as presented, Ogbuefi (Hon) Ojimiwe Kenneth appealed to the house after they received the report of the Committee of the house that deliberated on the budget that, the administration has hit the ground running and so that there was no need for the passage and adoption of the budget as a working document to be delayed.
