Your Excellency,
Prince (Dr.) Dapo Abiodun, MFR,
Executive Governor of Ogun State,
Oke Mosan Abeokuta,
Ogun State.
Re: Approval for Land Occupancy for Ago-Iwoye City Stadium.
I write to convey my deepest appreciation for your kind and urgent approval for the building of Ago-Iwoye City Stadium, a project which I am facilitating through the Federal Government.
I must confess that your promptness in attending to this crucial request gladdens my heart as sports development remains very crucial in tackling youth restiveness and as a means of employment generation.
The building of the Stadium will definitely open up Ago-Iwoye City, the whole of Ijebu-North and by extension IjebuLand in general. It will further open up commerce and bring about complimentary developments in the area.
I most happily appreciate your focus and insight on developmental matters irrespective of politics. This no doubt has placed you on the good side of history as a Governor who is largely interested in and more concerned with the wholesome development of Ogun State far and above the parochial and mundane politics of your predecessor’s approach of sectional development.
I promise a more robust relationship which will further compliment your patriotic efforts towards the development of our dear state.
Kindly accept assurances of my highest regards.
Yours in service of Ogun State,
Rt. Hon. Adekoya Adesegun Abdel-Majid (ATTACKER)
Deputy Minority Whip,
9th Assembly,
House of Representatives.
