Unite The Ruling House, Be A Leader To All, Mahmud Urges New Emir Of Gaya

THE Member representing Albasu Gaya and Ajingi federal constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Abdullahi Mahmud Gaya, has congratulated the new Emir of Gaya, Alhaji Aliyu Ibrahim Abdulkadir, on ascending the throne of the emirate.

Mahmud Gaya disclosed this in a congratulatory visit to the new emir at his residence Sunday.

Hon Abdullahi Mahmud Gaya further said as Alhaji Aliyu Ibrahim Abdulkadir basks in the glory of the moment, he should remain the peoples’ emir and leader to all and treat all subjects fairly in the course of discharging his duties, adding that this should be his first step to unite all members of the ruling house for the interest of emirate people.

He added that the state government, kingmakers and peoples of the Emirate are confident that His Highness, the new Emir of Gaya Emirate will consolidate on the solid foundation put in place by his predecessor, late Alhaji Ibrahim Abdulqadir Kirmau Mai Gabas.

Hon Abdullahi Mahmud Allah urged him to remain a Emir to all and prayed to God to provide the new Emir with wisdom and guidance in the discharge of this responsibility.
