2023: Your Aspiration Should Be To Serve, Not Special Interests, Onos Tells Delta Central Guber Aspirants

By Daniel Dafe
Organization Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Delta State, Okakuro Onoriode Sunday, has urged
those in the race to govern the state, come 2023, to pursue service to Deltans and not for special interests.
The PDP chieftain who spoke to Oasis Magazine in Sapele, added that it is important that Delta Central quickly do as the Governor has said which is to reduce the number of those vying to a sizeable normal because it is a challenge for all Deltans, not only Delta Central.
According to him, what happened at PDP rally in Sapele was a mass movement of former APC members numbering over 15, 000 to the PDP.
Adding that it shows that PDP is the only party in Delta.

“Like the speech of one of the decampees, APC is a one man show. We have seen it and we will give them their rightful place in the PDP.”
He urged party faithful to promote unity, stressing that without it, the party cannot stand strong.
“The governor said that Urhobo should be united and I strongly believe on what he said that there should be no division,” just as he called on Delta Central people to continue to be united.
