The rights activist said this in an open letter to Governor Okowa on Tuesday.
The letter reads in part: “I write to draw the attention of His Excellency Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa that the compensations to the #EndSARS victims as recommended by the judicial Panel of Inquiry into Police Brutality and Extra Judicial killings have not been paid. This has continued to give me sleepless nights since I am the one nominated to represent the Civil Society Organizations in the Human Rights Protection Committee.”
