Ekiti Guber: SDP Candidate, Segun Oni Did Not Withdraw From The Race —State Chairman

Chairman, Social Democratic Party (SDP), Ekiti State, Dr. Dele Ekunola, has debunked reports that said the governorship candidate of the party in today’s election has withdrawn from the race.
A purported letter signed by the candidate stating his withdrawal went viral on Saturday morning.
Speaking to Oasis Magazine via a telephone conversation, Dr. Ekunola, said: “You should know that this is the best time for that type of lie. How can it possible for him to withdraw?”

According to him, “people will stone Oni and kill him in Ekiti state if he withdraws.”
He continued: “It is not his will to contest; people forced him to contest and if he disappoints them they will kill him. He cannot withdraw. Its not possible. We talked about this some minutes ago. We are on course
