Ukwuani 7th Assembly Passes Vote Of Confidence On Ajede

The Executive Chairman, Ukwuani Local Government, Hon (Barr) C.S Ajede Possible has received a glowing Vote of Confidence from the Leader of the House, Rt Hon. Clarus Osaeliogor and honourable members of the Ukwuani 7th Assembly during their plenary on Thursday.

Barr Ajede who appeared before the hallowed chambers of the Ukwuani 7th Assembly for the presentation of the 2023 Draft Budget Estimate received encomiums from the honourable members for what they described in their separate remarks as ‘excellent delivery of the dividends of democracy to the Ukwuani people’ by the Council Chairman.

Immediately after the unanimous adoption of the 2023 Draft Budget Estimate as presented by the Executive Chairman which the honourable house assured him of quick passage, the house also passed glowing a Vote of Confidence on Hon (Barr) C.S Possible Ajede.

The Deputy Majority leader, Hon Osumili Felix representing the good people of Ebedei moved the motion for the house to pass a Vote of Confidence on the Council Chairman, Hon Possible Ajede Esq which was swiftly seconded by Hon Chidi Oji and was unanimously adopted.

Meanwhile, before he moved the motion, Hon Osumili explained to the honourable members that he has always been so proud of the Executive chairman for his unparalleled projects, programmes, activities and administrative capacity especially in the prudent management of the Council’s funds.

He also applauded the Ukwuani 001 for strategically building and sustaining peace across the LGA and for his administration’s massive infrastructural development particularly the construction of the Ultra-Modern Legislative Arm Office Complex and many other visible achievements across Ukwuani LGA.

On his part, Hon Oji Chidi commended the chairman for what he described as “his good works that is visible even for the blind to see,” even as he appealed to him to extend his administration’s #StepUpUkwuaniAgenda to all the wards in the LGA.

The Executive Chairman was accompanied to the house by the Head of Personnel Management (HPM), Mr Isaiah Uyeri, Treasurer to the Local Government (TLG), Mrs Ophe Ighomrore and the HOD Budget, Research, Planning and Statistics, Mr Njuwe Ishioma Emmanuel .
