I Am Glad Deltans Did Not Vote For Gbagi —Delta State SDP Traesurer
By Daniel Dafe
State Treasurer of the Social Democratic Party, SDP, in Delta State, Comrade Seipoulu Joe, has said that he is glad that Deltans did not vote for Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi, governorship candidate of the SDP, in the last elections.
Joe who is also the Leader of the party in Delta South SDP, in a statement said they will not allow Gbagi to kill SDP Delta State.
In his words, “anyone supporting Gbagi needs to visit a psychiatrist.
“For a man that walked out the state Excos from his house and an acclaimed billionaire that has not made one millionaire, to join SDP and no one came with him…his son is still serving Governor Okowa as Special Adviser. He came to hijack the party structure.”

He added: “We have kept quiet enough. We shall expose him to the world. You have no right to use SDP and dump us then take SDP to Tribunal without us. We Are not with him. The State Chairman who has been pleading we wait has given up for his unrepentant character. He should go back to where he came from and leave us alone.”
Speaking further, he said that “only 5% that refused to see the truth are with him,” saying that “95% of SDP leaders and members have rejected him.”
