Ohworode Of Olomu Kingdom To Get Staff Of Office Wenesday

The Olomu Kingdom Traditional Council has announced Wednesday 20th September, 2023 as the date for the official presentation of staff of office to the newly crowned Ohworode of Olomu Kingdom, HRM Macaulay Popo Ovbagbedia, JP, Uhurhie Osadjere the 2nd, Ohworode of Olomu Kingdom.

The announcement was contained in a statement signed on behalf of the Council by Olorogun Moses. Taiga JP, CON, Chairman Planning Committee, Olorogun John. U. Oguma JP,
Udu of Olomu Kingdom, Deputy Chairman, Planning Committee, and
Olorogun Albert Akpomudje, SAN, Otota of Olomu Kingdom, Vice Chairman Planning Committee.

The statement reads in part, “The Olomu Kingdom Traditional Council and the entire people of ancient Olomu kingdom, cordially invite the general public to the Presentation of Staff of Office by the Executive Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Rt Hon (Elder) Sheriff Francis Orowhedor Oborevwori to the newly crowned Ohworode of Ancient Olomu Kingdom, HRM Macaulay Popo Ovbagbedia, JP, Uhurhie Osadjere the 2nd, Ohworode of Olomu Kingdom.”

The statement further added that the event would kickstart by 10am at the Olomu Grammar School Field, Otorore-Olomu, Ughelli South local government area, Delta State.
