Governor Soludo Congratulates Onyema On Air Peace’s Historical Inaugural Flight To London

Anambra State Governor, Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, CFR, has expressed profound congratulations to Barr. Allen Onyema, the Chairman/CEO of Air Peace airline, on the monumental achievement of the airline’s successful inaugural flight from Lagos to London on Saturday, March 30, 2024.

The Governor in his congratulatory message noted that Air Peace’s historic flight, carrying 260 passengers aboard a 274-seat capacity Boeing 777, marks a significant milestone in Nigeria’s aviation industry.

The resumption of flights by an indigenous carrier on one of the most lucrative routes from Nigeria since 2019 is indeed a historic event worth celebrating.
