JUST IN: Jason Palmer Beats Joe Biden For President In American Samoa

Incumbent President Joe Biden lost on Super Tuesday to entrepreneur and Democrat Jason Palmer, who ran as a long-shot candidate against the president.

The race was called on Tuesday night by the Decision Desk HQ, according to KFOR.

The loss was confirmed with the Democratic Party of American Samoa.

Palmer has qualified for the presidential ballot in just 16 states, according to a campaign release.

Palmer also campaigned in the territory of American Samoa.

Salote Iopu Finauga Mamea, 24, praised Palmer’s efforts in the territory, “Jason is giving American Samoa the attention it deserves! Appreciate his efforts and concerns towards our island in addressing issues such as climate change, infrastructure, government fundings, healthcare, and education. From humble beginnings to making a difference.”

“At 52, Palmer stands out as one of the youngest Democratic candidates on the ballot, offering a fresh perspective based on his experience as an entrepreneur and businessman,” the release stated. “His platform is based on people-first conscious capitalism, modernizing our federal government, and reigniting the faith of young people and independents who have lost confidence in America’s institutions.”

Palmer has pitched himself as a moderate and younger Democratic alternative to Biden in the primary.
