Ogbeide Ihama Set To Dump PDP, Decamp To APC Today
Former member of the House of Representatives representing Oredo Federal Constituency, Hon. Omoregie Ogbeide Ihama has concluded plans to join the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo State.
A trusted source on Thursday disclosed he will officially join the APC, tomorrow (today), Friday, April 12, 2024.
The source said: “Former member of the House of Representatives, Hon. Omoregie Ogbeide Ihama is decamping to the APC on Friday, April 12, 2024. As I speak to you crowds from Rivers State have been hired to show numbers at the rally to announce his decamping to the APC.”
He added, “All the plans have been concluded as the event will hold around Ogboka Area in Oredo Ward 10.”
According to him, “This move by Ihama to decamp to the APC is not surprising after his failure to secure the ticket of the Edo State Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for Edo South Senatorial zone in the 2023 National Assembly election. In all the elections held since the 2023 general elections, Ogbeide Ihama has been working with the APC.”

Having lost his ticket, the two-term member of the House of Representatives for Oredo Federal Constituency has continued to warm his way into the heart of the big wigs of the APC.
