As part of activities to celebrate the Government of Delta State led by His Excellency, Sheriff Oborevwori, The Integrity Group of Delta State ,The MORE Agenda and You Matter Charity Foundation Ambassadors, has unveiled the governor as Grand Patron of the group.

The governor was also given an award for his all-inclusive government for the massive Glgrowth and development of Delta state in just twelve months.

In a well attended programme held at Unity Hall Asaba, Senator Emmanuel Aguariavwodo, the Senior Political Adviser to the Governor, represented Governor Oborevwori, while RT Hon Funkekeme Solomon, Senior Policy Adviser, chaired the occasion..

Other dignitaries present include Olorogun John Oguma, Chief Launcher, and Olorgun (Dr) Ebeneezer Okorodudu as keynote Address Speaker.

Others at the event were Hon Chief Ferguson Onwo, member DTHA representing Isoko South constituency 2, Special Adviser, Mrs Anirah, Commissioner Representing Ika Nation in the Board of DESOPADEC, Hon Cordelia Anyangwu and Chief Mrs Chinoye Daphey Aliyu, President Aquatic Federation of Nigeria.

Others are Chief Edwin Uzor, Special Adviser, Peace Building and Conflict Resolution ably represented, Chief Efe Tobor, Executive Assistant on Inter Party Relation represented by Hon Emeka Umerah, SSA Inter Party Relations also the Political Adviser to Integrity Group, Barr Ikoko Rita Special Assistant on Chieftaincy Affairs, Dame Yoma Tejere, Hon Fred Obi and leaders of Integrity Group of Debts state amongst others.

Secondary schools in Asaba like AGGS, Model School, Saint Patrick’s College and Unity School did different citation of the More Agenda.

It was also the launching day for the maiden edition of the Integrity Bulletin titled ‘The Chronicles of the More Agenda Mantra.

Speaking earlier, Dr Oke Idawene the Convener/ Chairman was very practical that the Integrity Group is primarily established to support good overnance and the choice of the Governor as Grand Patron was born out of his developmental strides in Delta State so far.

He added: “I challenge anyone to show me the Governor who has done more in 1 year in office in the history of Delta state.

He further said the bulletin was a quarterly basis, saying the MDAs and Local governments will be captured.

“This is a good movement in practice. Our best is yet to come. Let me congratulate the Governor for his one year in office and we appreciate the Legislative Arm and Judiciary for the good works of synergy with the governor thus far,” just as he congratulated Deltans.
