Governor Soludo Congratulates Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu On Her Birthday
The Governor of Anambra State, Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, CFR, has expressed hearty congratulations to Ambassador Bianca Odumegwu-Ojukwu on marking another year in life, wishing her happy birthday.
