Nuelstree Foundation Donates Books To Ugono Primary School Pupils, Cash To Staff

The atmosphere of Ugono-Abraka was rented with unrelenting voice of appreciation today as the students of Ugono Primary School, Abraka were overwhelmed with book donation and the teaching and non-teaching staffs were gifted cash by Nuelstree foundation.
The event which took place at the premises of the school witnessed the presence of personalities like the past Headmaster of the school, Mr. Senator, the present Headmaster, Mr Umukoro Lucky, PTA Chairman, Elder Emmanuel Enamuotor, Chief Umunade, Chief Omote, the youth president, Mr Yerovwho as well as the teaching and non-teaching staff of the school.
Those present at the event were amazed at the level of charitable measures meted out to the students as each of the students, from primary one to primary six, was given Mathematics and English textbook and eight exercise books.
The representative of Nuelstree foundation, Simon Enamuotor, who handed out cash donations to the teaching and non-teaching staff, also promised to give a special award to the best student in each of the classes while enjoining the pupils to make good use of the books given to them.
Simon noted that Nuelstree foundation shares the believe that every child deserves the chance to quality education and appreciable growth through books.
He emphasized that the donation is a step hinged on the hope that it will impact the pupils on their journey to becoming notable figures in the society.
The Headmaster of the school, Umukoro Lucky, who described himself as a favoured Headmaster, admitted that the book donation has made his work as an administrator easier.
The outgoing headmaster, Mr Senator, said that the children will be better if every member of the community can be like Nuelstree foundation.
On his part, the PTA chairman, Emmanuel Enamuotor, while encouraging the pupils to make good use of the books to impact their future, prayed that God will bless those involved in the donation abundantly.
Chief Umunade was grateful to Nuelstree foundation for being part of the foundation of the pupils and encouraged the pupils to be studious.
While noting that the school has suffered lots of neglect but still continue to exist due to the support of the community, he expressed that organisations like Nuelstree foundation are blessings to the community
