FG Unveils Free AI Academy For Nigerian Youths
In a bid to equip Nigerian Youths with cutting-edge technology skills, the Federal Ministry of Innovation, Science and Technology, in partnership with the Commonwealth Secretariat and Intel Corporation, has launched a free Artificial Intelligence (AI) Academy.
According to the Ministry, the AI Academy will provide beneficiaries with free access to self-paced courses on AI fundamentals, ethics, tools, and real-world applications, noting that the participants will also have the opportunity to compete for AI ambassadorial roles and internships with Intel Corporation, gaining hands-on global experience in AI
The programme aims to prepare Nigerian Youths for future jobs and leadership roles in the digital economy, empowering them with AI skills, enhancing their competitiveness in the global job market, and also driving innovation in the country.
