DELSU: CCB Organises Enlightenment Programme On Code Of Conduct For Public Servants

The Code Of Conduct Bureau (CCB), on Tuesday held a one-day enlightenment programme on the need for compliance by staff of the Delta State University (DELSU), Abraka with the Code Of Conduct for public servants in the state.
The enlightenment programme among many other take-aways was on how to complete Asset Declaration Form.
The two officials of the Bureau, Mr. Atuzi Kenneth and Mr. Osiebe Emmanuel took turns to educate participants on dire consequences that would arise from shunning the Code Of Conduct Bureau form.
The code of conduct bureau for public servants, according to them were nothing but moral principles and rules of behaviour guiding actions and behaviour of public servants in Nigeria’s public services including Delta State University, Abraka employees.
At the enlightenment programme were the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Samuel Ogheneovo Asagba ably represented by the Provost, College Of Health Sciences, Professor E. I. Odokuma, the University Registrar, Mrs. Rufina U. Ufiofio also represented by Mr.S F.A . Obarorakpor and SERVICOM Head, Mr. E.N Denedo.

In a vote of thanks, the representative of the Registrar and Senior Deputy Registrar, Mr.S F.A .Obarorakpor appreciated the CCB officials for the enlightenment Programme and education.
She enjoined staff to comply with the provisions of the Code Of Conduct and fill their Asset Declaration appropriately and thanked those who participated in the exercise.
