DELSU VC Sends New Year Message To Students

Vice Chancellor, Delta State University, Professor Samuel Asagba, has sent New Year greetings to students of the institution.
In his goodwill message on Thursday, he said: “This is wishing all students of our great university a happy new year,” adding: “I also want to extend my warmest regards to you all for your support to my administration.”
He continued: “Please be assured that 2026 is a year of great possibilities for our students. I therefore urge all students to embrace all incoming opportunities, push boundaries and strive for excellence.

Prof Asagba assured the students that his administration is committed to empowering them with knowledge, skills and values to succeed.
Adding: “We are also determined to ensure that your welfare is guaranteed.”
Furthermore, he urged them to stay focused, pursue their dreams, stay motivated and make the most of their time in the university.
“Best wishes for a successful academic year,” he concluded.
