Delta NAPPS Exco Remains Suspended, New Leaders”ll Take Over Soon, Says Akpeme

Dr. Ochuko Akpeme has insisted that the suspension of the Delta State executive of the National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools, NAPPS, remains so, just as he said that if they want peace, they must come back asking for forgiveness.

He said these during a phone conversation with Oasis Magazine on Tuesday.

According to him, those now calling him an illegal National Vice President, South South voted for him.

He said: “They voted for me and even congratulated me after my win. I will display all these evidence soon to display to the whole world that I am on the right path.”

Speaking further, he said the only constitution in NAPPS at the moment is the one of 2023.

Meanwhile, he said Delta NAPPS was part of the review of the 2023 constitution.

He warned that any decisions taken by the Young-led executive after he had suspended them indefinitely was null and void.

Meanwhile, he warned members not to attend the Wednesday state general meeting to hold in Sapele, saying such will amount to identifying with a sacked exco.
