Dafinone To Deliver DELSU 18th Convocation Lecture April 29

Senator Ede Dafinone, representing Delta Central Senatorial District at the National Assembly, is set to deliver the 18th convocation lecture of Delta State University (DELSU), Abraka.
The lecture, themed “Harnessing Nigeria’s Potential: Strategies for Sustainable Development,” is scheduled to hold on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at the Faculty of Management Sciences Hall, Site III, DELSU Abraka, by 11:00am.
According to an invitation card issued by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Administration)/Chairman Convocation Ceremony, Prof. Edmund Atakpo, and the Registrar, Mrs. Rufina Ufiofio, the lecture forms part of activities marking the university’s 18th convocation ceremony.

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Samuel Ogheneovo Asagba, on behalf of the Governing Council, Senate, staff, and students, has extended an open invitation to the general public to attend the lecture.
