DELSU To Organise Two-Day ICT Training For Academic, Administrative Heads
Delta State University (DELSU), Abraka, is set to organise a two-day Information and Communication Technology (ICT) training programme for academic and administrative heads as part of efforts to enhance the deployment of digital systems across the institution.
The training, approved by the university management and organised by the Directorate of Information and Communication Technology (DICT), is targeted at Heads of Departments, Heads of Units and their designated representatives.

According to an official bulletin issued by the university, the programme is designed to facilitate the effective use of the updated Result Engine and the newly introduced Staff Appraisal System.
The first session, dedicated to Result Engine Training, will hold on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at the Digital Centre, Site II, beginning at 9:00 a.m.
The second session, focusing on the Staff Appraisal System, is scheduled for Friday, June 5, 2026, at the same venue and time.
Participants were directed to attend with their personal laptops and a comprehensive list of registered courses and results for all levels within their departments.
The university management noted that the training is crucial to the successful implementation of the upgraded digital platforms and urged all concerned officers to participate actively.
Attendance at both sessions has been made mandatory for all designated participants.
