IYD 2026: Hon. Ebizi Celebrates Youths, Lauds Their Creativity, Leadership Potential

The Member representing Sagbama Constituency 3 in the Bayelsa State House of Assembly, Hon. Ebizi Ndiomu Brown, has joined youths across the globe in celebrating International Youth Day, commending their energy, creativity, resilience, active participation, and immense leadership potentials.

Hon. Ebizi celebrates the remarkable contributions of young people to the development of their communities and society at large, noting that the youth remain a vital force for positive change, innovation, and sustainable development.

She emphasized that young people are not merely leaders of tomorrow, but partners and leaders of today, whose ideas, talents, courage, and determination have the capacity to transform communities and shape a better future.

According to her, the occasion provides an opportunity to encourage young people to embrace education, innovation, entrepreneurship, unity, responsible leadership, and active citizenship, while shunning violence, division, and other actions capable of limiting their potential.
