Urhobo Youth Wing President Lauds Police Over Apprehension Of Iroro’s Killers

The President of Urhobo Progress Union (UPU), Youthwing, Worldwide, Comrade Efemena Umukoro, has commended the Abraka Division of the Nigerian Police Force over the arrest of the killers of a youth leader of the People’s Democratic Party in Ethiope East Local Government, Mr. Wisdom Iroro.
You will recall that the said Iroro was murdered some weeks back at his Abraka residence and has since been buried.
Speaking to Oasis Magazine (OM) during a phone conversation, the youth leader said that he left the station at 1 a.m this morning after he listened to the confession of the two suspects caught in connection with the death of Iroro.
He said: “The police under the leadership of CSP Hassan Issah must be commended for this no mean feat. We thought we were done with that issue.
“By this, the police in Abraka has once again sent a strong warning to criminals in the community that they are not safe here. I pray that God continues to bless the DPO for us.”
Continuing, he said that “the law must take its full course. No one has the right to take the life of another no matter how aggrieved you may be on any issue.”
At the time of filing this report, the facts surrounding the arrest of the suspected killers are still sketchy, but OM can authoritatively report that the name of one of those arrested is Onoriode Abel and that they .
