Oruarivie Abraka Kingdom: UPU Youthwing President Congratulates Newly Sworn-in Vigilante Executive

The President of Urhobo Progress Union (UPU), Youthwing, Worldwide, Comrade Efemena Umukoro, has congratulated the newly sworn-in executive of the Vigilante Group of Nigeria (VGN), Abraka.
The said event took place on Sunday at the Abraka Police Division and a reception at the community Town Hall.
According to Umukoro, the group under the leadership of Mr Dele Oritshedere (Commander Oruarivie Vigilante) has done an excellent job by serving as a watch dog of the community.
Comrade Kelly Efemena Umukoro who honored the invitation extended to him by the vigilante group appreciated them for their selfless service in combating crime in Abraka community and the excellent role they played during the #EndSARS protests.
While also congratulating them for their successful inauguration, he said that “no doubt the Nigerian Police Force has been overstretched hence the need for a formidable vigilante group to help assist the police in policing the community.
“There is no better time than now to create a security outfit that can match the present security challenges we face as a people.”

He further advised them to be professional at all times and not use their office to intimidate members of the public by overstepping their boundary.
Comrade Kelly also appealed to the state government to kickstart the Delta Hawk security outfit, as he believes it would further help to reduce crime and criminality in the environment and make it safe for everyone.
